They need to modernize their security; it's no longer acceptable to have someone following you when you enter with the intention of making a purchase. They need to make better use of cameras, mirrors, and other security measures. But everyone who enters the store shouldn't be seen as a potential thief instead of a valued customer.

Well, I'd venture to say their products are made of terrible fabric and the household items are of the worst quality. But it's clear that for many lower-class people, this place is a godsend. I only walked in to feel harassed. The young woman wouldn't shut up and wouldn't let me concentrate on what I came to buy. She tried to convince me to buy something even though I said the item was so flimsy it was practically wobbly, and she simply didn't respect my personal space. It's understandable that they want to keep an eye on things, but they shouldn't allow customers to feel uncomfortable. If they know their products are bad, they shouldn't take advantage of the poor by pushing a toaster to the max, especially if the material is a bad joke. And please, improve your checkout system because it's shameful.
