It's a good place to shop since they have everything, but the downside is the service from some employees, like in the hardware department. If you go in the morning, you won't find what you're looking for, and the biggest problem is the pricing. The items are listed at one price, and the register shows a different one. When you complain, the cashier tells you the price is wrong, as if the customer sets the prices themselves. And then they make sarcastic comments to each other. This happened to me when I was buying a Duracell 9v alkaline battery. It was marked 200, but it came through for 289. The customer isn't to blame for the employees' mistakes, and they shouldn't be disrespected, especially when they're right.

The store has a beautiful ambiance, but I have a few suggestions: First, the restroom door couldn't be opened from the inside; I was stuck there for five minutes. Second, the parking lot is large, but there are no trash cans.

Very bad experience. The service was terrible. We arrived and were told their system was down, but there was no organization or guidance for customers. The staff offered no solutions or clear explanations, and the service was slow and unprofessional. I understand that technical problems can happen, but the least they could do is handle the situation with better communication and customer service. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't return until they improve their service and how they handle these kinds of situations.
