Wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained. The staff was very polite and welcoming throughout my stay. What I enjoyed the most was the delicious food and the exceptionally kind restaurant staff, who made every meal a great experience. Highly recommended!

Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Service is very attentive and Ms Yadilla and Ms Diana and Mr Miguel in the restaurant were very professional and sweet. Recommendations for food and where to go outside of hotel were great. Can’t wait to be able to return, enjoyed the stay tremendously.

We love staying at the Gran Almirante. Aymet was such a great part of our trip. She takes great care of us and always has a smile on her face. We love the service and food! The pool area leaves you feeling like you’re at a resort in the middle of the city. The massages are awesome and very reasonably priced.

The hotel was elegant and pristine! Very professional and the staff was very helpful. The pool and jacuzzi was great with a nice view. The hotel restaurant had delicious food. Before we left we hung out by the bar where Pedro made us the best mojitos. Hilary was very informative and pleasant. Christopher was very attentive. Thanks to the whole hotel staff. We've loved everything about this hotel. The staff are amazing, the food delicious, and our room was very nice. Our favorite the pool bar. Aymet (spelling?) took excellent care of us, and was a delight to chat with. 100% will be back soon!
