I wholeheartedly recommend them. My family and I were able to furnish our home with their products, and they exceeded our budget. The price-to-quality ratio is truly excellent; we are delighted.

Terrible customer service; they don't respond even if you contact them daily. Edit: And to top it all off, they message you privately asking you to delete the "unfair" message for not receiving attention.

To leave a review, you're supposed to give a star, but I don't want to give them any. Their customer service is terrible, and trying to claim a warranty for manufacturing defects is a waste of time; they just ignore you. I absolutely do not recommend them. "When I went to buy it, I asked them about the furniture model. When I sat down, I could feel the wood. Their response was that they fixed that in the new designs. Now go see if you can even sit on it." So many good recommendations to end up like this. I hope the positive reviews here are genuine and not just their own.

They have several bedroom set models to choose from, in terms of size, color, design, etc. I was surprised that they carried such a wide variety in their store.
