I got my hair braided. I arrived as soon as they opened and didn't have to wait. The girl who found the color for the extensions found one very similar to mine, but the one doing the braids pulled my hair a lot and untangled the ends very roughly. She should be more careful, because that's not how you treat clients' hair. It took four hours to get the braids done and everything was going well, but when I went to pay they charged me more just because they were long, even though they never asked me for them to be long, nor did I request them to be. (It's not at that location; it's in a plaza nearby.)

The braids are good, but they need to improve their service. How is it possible that I order something and they give me something completely different from what I ordered?

The service is very fast; the girl who greets you at the entrance helps you with your appointment. The women who do the braids, at least the one I had, treated my hair like it was fake. I just watched as she broke my hair with the small comb, even though my hair is very soft. She scratched her head and ear with the comb and then put it back on my head. I usually don't complain; I don't pay much attention, but I think they should let them know not to mistreat clients' hair so much and to be more gentle. Also, the two girls who helped me seemed to dislike me or think we had some kind of problem. I didn't like that because it made me uncomfortable. But they do a good job. The braids turned out very pretty, and I loved them, and everyone else did too. They work very quickly. But the only thing that bothered me was what I mentioned before. But everything was fine after that, I hope they can improve and that the business thrives because it has a lot of potential!
