NOT recommend if you're a light sleeper. The hotel and rooms are very new, but what good is a beautiful hotel if you can't sleep? We were given a room on the second floor, and during our 3-night stay, one day at 6 a.m. we could hear a lot of furniture being moved; another day at 2-3 a.m. we could hear music and people talking because there was a private event; not to mention that this room had a connecting door and we could here the people next door talking. Besides that, service is friendly. Location is centric.

One of the best and most affordable hotels to stay in, for the quality, in the city. The level of professionalism, cleanliness, and courtesy of this establishment goes beyond expectations. It is centrally located and walking distance from restaurants, bars and shopping malls. Special kudos to Santa Ruiz, for maintaining my room in optimum condition--the room was impeccable--and for always being attentive to my needs.

First Stay 12/26-28 Handy Peña and staff did an amazing job. There was a mishap with the RSVP, but her and staff worked it out. Will come back. Second Stay 03/05 Ok nice agun we were created by Handy and her team (Alejandra) when we arrived. I called the called the night before to confirm all details and we arrived to check in early, EVERYTHING was waiting for us. The hotel was busy with different events but the services did not suffer. The location offers options for shopping and eating. The hotel is designed to be high-end casual with a touch of local culture. Great price per room and cen when you use points you are treated equally as a paid customer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Me and my wife stayed here from Christmas to New Years as a "base of operations" while we explored the Dominican Republic. Aviv and Alejandra were by far the most helpful and welcoming at the reception desk. They hands down were my favorite part of this pretty amazing hotel. For the record, other employees there were also really friendly and helpful. From the kitchen staff to the housekeeping. I didn't catch his name but the guy that gave my wife an umbrella to borrow as she walked to the mall thank you!
