Excellent service

I'm sorry to leave this review because I have a lot of respect for Honda Rent A Car and I'm a customer. I usually deal with their main office in the capital, and it's always been a pleasure. But this is the second time I've had to deal with this Santiago office, and I'm sorry, but I can't give them a good recommendation. They're supposed to be part of the same company, but... different system, different rules, DIFFERENT TREATMENT. They made me feel like the worst possible inconvenience. In short, I won't be going back to this office.

I had an accident, and the insurance company uses them to provide rental cars to its policyholders. They handed me the car completely dirty inside.
