It's a cozy, family-style place where you can eat surrounded by nature, as if you were in your own backyard. Despite the sunny weather, it feels cool under the trees. You can order by pre-order. If you're on a keto diet, you can talk to the lady so she can give you meal options that work for you and won't break your diet. The service is incredibly good; I recommend it as a must-visit option in Higüey.
