Good service ! Doctor Daris Daniel is the best! May God bless him!
I was having financial difficulties going to an allergist, but I was taking antihistamine pills in the meantime so I could afford one because they are very expensive. When my allergies got severe, I went to the Emergency Room for medication, and I was going very frequently. One day I went, and the ER doctor said she wasn't going to treat me because I was coming so often for medication. But I only went approximately every 10 days for medication, and counting all the times I went, it was a total of 3. The doctor started exaggerating and said I must have gone about 70 times for medication. I can go up to 100 times, and every time I go, they have to give me medication because that's what they're there for, and that's an emergency room, not a veterinary clinic where they should be treating people like dogs. I had to go to another hospital because they didn't want to give me medical attention. They need to be more humane and do everything possible to prevent people from dying. THIS IS A VETERINARY CLINIC, NOT A HOSPITAL.
Today, with great sadness, I had to personally experience some of the complaints I've heard from many people. Today, my youngest daughter was almost allowed to die after an asthma attack. They wouldn't let her in because she wasn't wearing a mask. I understand the need to continue with prevention, but what if she had suffocated from not receiving care? Let's be more empathetic and less monetary. We're worthless, what a shame. They weren't like this before with patients, but the odds are winning.
This staff is a complete disaster; they couldn't be more inefficient. All they care about is getting paid. My daughter went for a cardiologist evaluation for a C-section, and they charged her for a consultation for nothing. They told her to come back tomorrow, that it wouldn't be charged, and she went straight to the front of the line. 😡 They charged her again for the same consultation, and she's still sitting there waiting for a doctor who was supposed to arrive at 2, but showed up almost an hour and a half later. It was the same yesterday; the doctor who was supposed to arrive at 4 didn't show up until 5-something. It's an outrage, wasting our time. Besides, her condition is a priority, but they're such animals that they don't even respect that, as if the service were free. 😡😡😡😡😡😡
The emergency room doctor, whose name I don't know, is always there in the morning wearing a burgundy pajama; she's an animal in medical clothes who doesn't have a drop of empathy for the patient.
