Wow this place is willing to have my ill grandpa wait for hours (From 11am to 730pm) with the doctor and administration confused about the next step. We have insurance and/or money to finance what needs to be done, but no progress. I just want to have my grandpa well, not write a review here while I see my grandpa get hoping desperately for care
If you're a teacher and you think you're intelligent because you studied to educate others, get another insurance policy because I don't understand how they can call something like this a hospital. They almost let my dad die because of their terrible service. This is how they treat the community that's supposed to be in charge of educating the children of our country. This hospital is a disgrace, and I don't blame the people who work there; maybe they're not prepared, but where are the funds to put the right people there? It's supposed to be a place to care for the people in charge of educating new generations!
One star, because they don't answer the phone, even though it's a hospital visited by teachers from all the northern provinces. They need to have good customer service in this area to prevent people from other provinces from having to travel there to ask about something as simple as a phone call or text message. I hope this message reaches the hospital's administration or authorities, or the leaders of the ADP (Dominican Teachers Association).
Terrible service More than two weeks waiting for authorization for surgery The ticket was returned claiming that documents were missing, which isn't true The requested documents were sent again and they didn't acknowledge receipt. We went to the center and they sent it by mail. The day of the surgery arrived and the patient spent the entire morning waiting for a response and no one could provide an answer.
The place is very well signposted and in excellent condition; hygiene is evident as the place looked clean and well-maintained. The staff is helpful and has a positive attitude towards those requiring service.
