I do not recommend this hospital. They treated me very poorly just because I cried a little during a pelvic exam (it was my first time). The doctor left me on the table completely exposed for about 20 minutes. While I was lying there naked, other people came into the room — even a random girl came in to change the trash can and could just see me there. When I asked what was happening, the doctor said she was “waiting for me to relax.” I felt very dehumanized because she didn’t even try to calm me down or show patience. Instead, it seemed like she had lost interest in me as a patient, and I even overheard her saying she was ready to go home. Doctors may be used to doing these exams every day, but that doesn’t mean they should lose compassion for the people they are treating. Patients deserve respect, dignity, and patience — especially during such vulnerable moments.

Worse hospital ever! If you are an American do not come here! These people are very unprofessional, the doctors are not even doctors they are students with an attitude that think that their shiezzz don’t stink! Wish I would have never come here. Came in with chest pains waited 1 1/2 hours to be seen because these idiots couldn’t figure out what to do with me. Please if you are an US citizen do not come here.

Go invest your money in another healthcare system. Dr.Henriquez was extremely rude when I was requesting specific questions regarding my family member’s health issues. Also, apparently they didn’t have past medical history due to change in the system but didn’t bother asking either. My family member was in a cardiac ICU where they only had 1hr for visitors. One family member was allowed in to see the patient and another one to get information from Dr. Usually the person getting my family member’s information didn’t fully understand and couldn’t inform the rest of the family accurately (system sucks) The person getting Dr’s info wasn’t allowed to go in to see the patient and viceversa. The rest of the staff was also very rude. The doctor’s assistant that was calling the family members in the waiting area was yelling at everyone like they were sheep’s. 1 star is overrating

This was by far the worst medical experience of my life. I had surgery, and Doctor Alejo left a bunch of inexperienced medical students in charge. Left me in agony all night. Danielle is the nurse who, as the attending, claimed that she would call the doctor; she lied. If you are having surgery, DO NOT gamble with your life. Find a place that prioritizes your health. After surgery, they gave me an anti-inflammatory and some paracetamol. I am going to another doctor because they are horrible.

Stay away from this big for nothing hospital. The service is basic, my stay was horrible. A security guard asked my girlfriend for her phone number saying "she was pretty". I had a semi-private room and although visitation ends at 9PM the family of the other person was just lounging in the room until almost 1AM. Stay away from this place!
