Private hospital, they have ground level parking lot, usually free. Easy to arrive.
Hey
As for the service from the cleaning staff, everything was great and they were very attentive. However, it seems the doctors here have a habit of arriving extremely late. A prime example is Cardiologist Acevedo. We've been here since 9:30, along with others who probably arrived even earlier than me, and it's now 12:30 and we haven't heard from him, which is typical. It's as if time and human needs don't matter or aren't valued. All of us here have to sacrifice other things to be here, whether it's work or leaving our children, to receive a service we're paying for, which isn't free. That's all.
It's truly shameful and embarrassing to have to speak ill of this place, but it seems they don't evaluate their staff before hiring them. They have absolutely no knowledge of customer service. I've been sitting here since before 7:00 AM and by 10:00 AM I still haven't been able to get my invoice. I approached the secretaries to ask, and they were so rude and ill-mannered that they didn't even answer, and if they did, it was only to give rude responses. I hope they can improve this aspect because you also have to travel in person to get information since no one answers the phone in any of the departments. Believe me, I called every single one before coming here, and having to come from so far away to get answers, and not even receiving them, speaks volumes about the principles and values this institution claims to uphold.
They treated my sister, who had just given birth, and my nephew, who was in the incubator, terribly; we kept asking if the baby was eating and they just kept lying, saying that he was starving him to death.
