The emergency service was absolutely terrible. There was no customer service attitude or empathy. I arrived at 12:45 pm and wasn't seen until 2:30 pm, and when I got there, I was the only one—there was no excuse. Patients who arrived after me were also complaining and some even left without receiving any care. And don't even get me started on the poor hygiene. There's no janitor for the night shift. One doctor is on duty while the other sleeps, and the same goes for the nurses—it's a complete mess.
I wish I could give it a lower rating, but unfortunately that's not possible. I went because I wasn't feeling well at all; I was dizzy and weak, yet they still made me wait for three and a half hours. All they did was take our blood pressure, and that was it. Horrible service. I wouldn't vote for this government simply because of the poor quality of its services.
Everything is very nice, but the wait times for emergency care are far too long, and scheduling an appointment with a doctor is 4 or 5 months away.
The worst hospital ever, my God. The emergency room is disgusting, and the staff performs terribly. Now, you have to leave the patient there alone because family members can't be present. Even when they move the patient to the pre-admission ward, you can't stay with them. I've never seen anything like it in my life. The hygiene was appalling (gloves, cotton balls, etc.) on the floor. I waited for about five hours to hear the results of the tests and studies, until I practically cornered a doctor. Once my patient was admitted, the hygiene was abysmal. The support staff acted like they were doing me a favor; they didn't even sweep or mop, and they didn't clean the bathroom, using the excuse that they were tired. They don't change the sheets, and you have to wait up to three days for a test. It's a shame I only have a video, and only photos are allowed.
This health center is clean and organized. It has a large parking lot.
