My wife cut her wrist by accident 12 days ago. The IMG hospital was prompt and very efficient and provided good service. Our bill was over $3,000 USD. We were told to return in 12 days to remove stitches and this would be at no cost. We returned to have the stitches removed but were asked to pay an additional $250 USD. We were upset and surprised since we were told that there would be no additional charge. My wife did a search and found a close international clinic (Hospiturs). They removed the stitches at a cost of $100. They were speedy and extremely professional. They also do home visits. We highly recommend them.

The customer service is terrible. I was bopped around so many times just to find the price of a consultation. Finally they told me it's $250 USD to see a general doctor. I'm sick and need meds. This is absolute robbery and sick that they take advantage of international patients like this.

Melissa Perez Laurore was amazing with my grandson. He had nightmares about the IV. Every time he got medisine in his IV it hurts badly. Melissa was so awesome. Took her time to make sure it did not hurt. Did it really sow to make sure my grandson didn’t cry and hurt. She made sure we came to get her 15 min after nebulizer to get second treatment. She always told us what she was going to do. I give her 10 stars.

Group 13 nurses were wonderful and very helpful while my husband was in the hospital. In particular Carmen Yeron, Ana Morte, Rosemarie Tucit, Eva Ecslillo and Karina Disla. In addition, we did not get the name of the young man that transported my husband to and from the ER to X-rays, ultrasounds etc. He was unbelievably helpful. The heart ultrasound doctor was kind and gave us comfort. The gastrologist was very thorough. As much as we hated to have to be here, everyone made it easier. Thank you.

If you need them they are great. Everyone has been super kind and caring. Special thanks to Dr. Johanna Reyes, Dr. Jose Miguel Fornerin Estevez, Dr. Rosemary Tucent Figueroa and Nurse Ana Luisa Luis Marte and all the other caring and helpful Nurses and orderlies and support staff. The facilities are clean and modern and I would not hesitate to recommend them if they are needed. THANK YOU!
