Very bad service toward my sister who was misdiagnosed with cancer on the pelvis , lower back and knee.After months , she was sent home to die with steroids and morphine .Dr .Collado is very nasty , denoting referral to St .Jude's hospital.I was informed that my sister didn't met the protocol for the referral.I asked again to tDr.Fernandez , since now she has cancer only in the right knee, can I get the referral since her diagnosis is different.I haven't received any feed back.According to Dr.Fernandez , the committee made the deacons to impaired her leg. My sister furrow is in the hands to Doctors who have neglected her .I request a referral to St.Jude but oust be the physical dealing with my sister's case The future of my sister has been put in pause and we fear for the worse.There is no compassion from Dr.Collado . Can anyone help.My sister has been discriminated beacon she is poor .

The customer service is terrible; they're not equipped to deal with people, especially mothers with sick children. You go there for help and leave in tears because of the mistreatment; they have no humanity or tact. And the place is overcrowded because they can't keep up with the needs of the entire region.

To be honest, I'll speak from my own experience: the treatment was very good! However, I've seen children left to die, and some doctors lack dedication! In my experience, the pediatrician and gynecologists, etc., are good if you make an appointment! I was admitted to the dengue department, and that area is very clean and very good. I don't know about the other departments, but there is negligence in certain cases.
