Good service 👌🏻, the only bad thing about the hospital is the lady who organizes the incoming staff in the morning; she's very arrogant and has poor communication skills.

It was awful. I went for my routine checkup and they told me the Pap smear results showed ASCUS. They did a biopsy, which they said indicated I had a precancerous lesion of CIN 2. Since the treatment was unprofessional and very insensitive to someone who had never been through that process, I decided to go somewhere else and get another Pap smear, this time a liquid-based one. And guess what? I HAD NOTHING! My mom was also told she had CERVICAL CANCER and went to the oncology clinic, and guess what? SHE HAD NOTHING! You can imagine the moments of uncertainty, the crying at night because I couldn't understand how someone who takes such good care of herself could end up with CIN II Associated with HPV (which wasn't true). And don't even get me started on another case of an acquaintance who even had surgery, and when she went to another clinic, they questioned her about why she had the surgery if she didn't have anything wrong with her. THANK GOD I didn't have to have surgery. Please, if you are going to the gynecologist, do not go to this "clinic".

Poor service in the Emergency Room. Some doctors treat patients like animals, even refusing medical attention for ridiculous reasons.

I have visited these establishments and I have left very satisfied, thank you
