Dr. Santos is an excellent doctor, and there are several nurses who are very kind, but there's a woman in the lab who is very inconsiderate and speaks rudely to people. My wife went there for some tests, and this woman spoke to her in a very unpleasant and unempathetic way. They should conduct a survey; you'll see that I'm not the only one who thinks this woman needs training.

Terrible service. You go in for an emergency at 9 a.m. and by noon you still haven't been seen. They just walk right past you and completely ignore you. What's the point of the renovations if the staff is useless?

The emergency room is very nice, but they don't even have X-ray equipment. I had an emergency, and the doctors on duty were just chatting, like they were in their own backyard—completely inexperienced. They treated the case and presented it as a superficial wound, when in reality it was deep and serious. They sutured it, the patient kept bleeding, they loosened the stitches to re-suture, and sent the patient home knowing they were in bad shape. Instead of referring them to another specialized center. You wouldn't even go there for a mosquito bite 😡🤬

The emergency room is terrible; they make patients stand around while they take their information. Then they try to give you an injection without telling you what it is, and if you refuse, they treat you terribly. There's no professional ethics or patient care there.
