The worst hospital, the worst in every way. They don't answer the phone, they don't reply to WhatsApp messages, and to top it all off, they schedule appointments and then when the day arrives, they claim there are no appointments available in that area.
I think it's terrible that the 2:00 p.m. cardiologist has to disrespect a 76-year-old woman, to the point where my mother told me that he had lowered her morale. First, a doctor must have an education and vocation, and second, hospitals are maintained with taxes from the people. If a doctor can't handle the stress of his job, he should seek psychological help (that part is understandable), but older people have given a lot and deserve respect.
The emergency room is a disaster; the few doctors they have only attend to the emergencies they choose. The staff has absolutely no ethics.
I took my sick child to the hospital and they wouldn't treat him because he wasn't born there. He's going to die because the staff there don't think they're human beings and want to make people's lives miserable. They should explain the meaning of the word "public" to them. I think public health should be more involved in monitoring hospitals and their staff.
