A hospital that's good, nice, and cheap, where I can find all the care they can provide. High-quality medical facilities with a highly trained, kind, and hardworking staff. Government insurance (SENASA) covers all types of procedures and treatments performed at this center. It's beautifully renovated, with clean, air-conditioned facilities.
They have an emergency and urgent care service, they provide excellent care, and they have a maternity ward and many other specializations.
They treat you like garbage and use telepathy. In 2024, I'm surprised they still have to use pen and paper to register patients. It makes patients waste time going back and forth and putting up with rude staff. Today I spent from eight in the morning until eleven in the morning just to get some tests done. People who know the staff get in before those of us who have been queuing since early morning. Instead of letting a pregnant woman or someone else with a quick procedure through, they only let pregnant women in, and the rest of us have to wait. Please, put everything on the computer and avoid these enormous queues and waiting times. We patients don't work at the hospital to spend hours waiting for a procedure.
There's a phone number there, but don't bother calling; it's useless. They never answer that phone. Update (Friday, October 10, 2025): I don't know when they're going to close that emergency room. You keep coming and coming, and they keep sending you somewhere else. It's useless. Please stop calling yourself a hospital; you're just a consultation center, nothing more. If you have a family emergency in the middle of the night, don't count on this so-called hospital.
