Good Local Hospital, for recovering health for nearest Local people In Santiago

Poor care, they neglected our patient and he passed away 🙏🏻

I went last night with a fever of 40 degrees Celsius, severe headache, and stomach pain. I received terrible care from the nurses and doctor on duty this morning. They were just chatting online and were very inattentive. They gave me medication that only lowered my fever, but they didn't do anything for my other symptoms. They should replace the staff. Because of nurses and doctors like that, innocent people die.

Hello, good evening. A long time ago I was treated by a gynecologist at that hospital when I lived in Santiago... and he saved my baby's life with his good care. The doctor's name is Felipe Haminton and I would like to know if he still works there, oh yes, he's still alive!! It's been 11 years and I would like to be treated by him again. If you can give me any information that might help me, I would appreciate it.

The customer service was terrible, and some of the doctors were very indifferent. I had prenatal care there a couple of months ago, and it was awful. I had to go somewhere else. After that, I went three times to take my baby to pediatrics, and I couldn't get him seen. The first day, I took him, and they told me to come back in the afternoon or tomorrow because there were no appointments available. I came back early the next day and got an appointment, but when they lined up to give out appointments, they only chose 10 patients because there was only one doctor, and she wasn't going to see any more than that. They told me to come back another day. I argued with the customer service staff because she should speak clearly and not waste my time, especially without knowing if I need permission from work to take my child to the doctor. I'm never going back to that center, and I live near it, nor do I recommend it.
