Completely incompetent. All of this was conveyed by me in Spanish, but putting English review to warn other tourists. I went in to get checked for conjunctivitis ("pink eye")-something which even a school teacher can diagnose in my home country- and the receptionist/triage worker had no idea what I was talking about. I explained my eyes itched, burned, were oozing mucus, and I thought I had an infection- just needed to determine if it's viral or bacterial. She rolled her eyes, and make a look of disgust like she was grosses out by what I was saying and then said I need to go to an optometrist. I said no, it's a really common thing, any doctor should be able to help me. She took another step back (totally grossed out apparently) and told me I could wait but that the doctors might not know how to help me because i need an eye specialist. I sat down and waited about 15 minutes, during which time I saw hospital workers go in and out of the public toilet with gowns, gloves, and hairnets on. At this point I got up and left because it was obvious they didn't even understand the most biasc hygiene/sanitation principles, and I'd likely come out with another infection on top of the one I already have.

Go to the clinic near the Casino. This "hospital" has no services or medicine available for emergencies. Trash.

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen! I am Birgit from Germany. On March 6th, I fell onto a rope in the port. I suffered a very bad leg injury. I went to your hospital. A very kind doctor treated my wound. The doctors prescribed an antibiotic. Here in Germany, I went to the doctor again. The doctors confirmed that you had done a very good job. They scared me that I might lose my leg (???). Now, after a month, the wound is healing a little more each day. I am very, very grateful! Warm regards, Birgit

The hospital is very clean and modern, and the staff and the dentist, Mr. Bagnner Cross, treated me very well. Thank you.
