The emergency room staff are foul-mouthed, they have no empathy or tact with patients who come in feeling unwell... they just want to get rid of you and that's it.
Today I went because I had an appointment at the lab to get some tests done for my 10-month-old baby, and the tests required fasting. I arrived around 6:00 a.m., hoping to at least get one of the first appointments, when they told me they bill those with insurance first and then attend to those without. I insisted because, as I told the lab manager, my baby was fasting, and babies have priority everywhere; I understand that in a hospital, they should be a little more considerate in that regard.
The vaccination area at this primary care center is always clean, well-air-conditioned, with a spacious and comfortable waiting room. The staff provides excellent service and is always prompt, and vaccines are always available. The staff demonstrates that they are well-trained and knowledgeable about their work.
We arrived at 10 am to get a baby vaccinated, and there were three people ahead of us. It's 12 pm now, and there's still one person ahead. This center is so inefficient, it's a nightmare.
Excellent place, all the staff treats me well every time I go, I treated my entire pregnancy there and I currently go, the best care
