Very good. Their enthusiasm for conducting risk management training and other related activities, coupled with their desire to establish direct contact with emergency response agencies throughout western Santiago, demonstrates a unified approach. On this occasion, an earthquake drill was conducted to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the staff in the event of a seismic event. We regret the absence of government authorities from Santiago, such as the district director or a representative, so we are unsure how the joint response would have been. Following the drill, the hospital, Civil Defense, and Fire Department of the district agreed to continue the simulation exercises and further training through knowledge sharing.

The worst hospital, they don't even want to give a certificate because they think that the person who is going to get injected is lazy, doesn't have a prescription or anything, but the day you stop a person from injecting things without even asking a question, all the abusers should advise more and change all those rude people from that hospital, the way they speak as if they didn't even study to do that job.

Terrible service to patients. The way they treat patients is awful. They should really take this into account; patients need to be treated with respect and understanding. They're not dealing with animals, they're dealing with human beings who are already suffering, and to have such undesirable staff is appalling. From the doorman to the doctors and nurses, the treatment you receive there is terrible. I wouldn't recommend this health center to anyone.

The cleanliness of the facility has improved somewhat, but the staff are incredibly grumpy, treat people badly, and don't seem to realize that we all pay for their salaries and everything the hospital buys every time we go shopping. That's what taxes are for; if we didn't pay them, they wouldn't even have jobs.

A municipal hospital serving the Santiago area, to relieve congestion at the Cabral y Báez hospital, is located in the municipality of Cienfuegos to provide all the surrounding areas with good care and trained doctors; its facilities are good and everything is in order.
