Poor service, not emphatic with patients, my friends mother suffered greatly. Dirty, smells bad, and nurses & doctors are not professionals. I always wonder why people who dislike serving others study medicine. It could be they just want to be recognized, have a title and that’s all????? Don’t go to this hospital. Go to a private clinic if you can!!!

I'm going to talk about the emergency room. I took a relative who doesn't have health insurance. They told me that to enter the ER I had to pay 2,000 pesos, and we agreed. She had a stomach ache, which we more or less knew what it was because she had a test done a few months ago. But the point is, those 2,000 pesos—which, mind you, we had no problem paying—should at least cover an ultrasound. They said no, that it wasn't necessary because my relative already knew what the pain was. 😫 I mean, I don't understand. That's their obligation. Besides charging all that money for just a swab test, an IV, and pain medication, they don't even cover an ultrasound to see what the current state of her condition is. I really don't understand anything.
