I took a kitten that was just a week and a couple days old for emergency, because she was fading away. Before going there I called and asked if they had pediatric services and if they could giver her fluids. The person on the phone who was the same veterinarian said that they could attend her. When I arrived the kitten was waking up. I gave her some sugar water and nutrí-call (a high calorie vitamin) to help her wirh the hypoglycemia. They took her temperature and she was 33 celcius, so hypothermia. She may had died anyway, so I won't say anything about it. But the way I was explained the situation was not professional. She needed some heat source, they put her in a heating pad. They didn't had an Incubator... That's what she needed something to heat her all from all sides. Instead she was in a heading pad and turned a couple time to assure that she kept warm. While she received a bit of oxygen... (to be honest the only thing that they did the whole time that I couldn't had done at home) I thought she needed some fluids and they gave her a bit of water in a syringe and a tiny bit of nutrical again. I do not think that they had the equipment to deal with a tiny kitten. I called before hand because I know that cats, specially babies aren't the specialty of most places. I asked for her to be given fluids, he said she was too little. I told him that it could be done subcutaneous... He said it could, but didn't do it or explained to me why it couldn't be done. She was discharged and I knew she was going to die. Nothing was done. While they were charging me (that they should as it's their business) I was crying and he asked if I could take care of her (his recommendation was to keep her warm and give her milk... If course I could do just that...). She died like. And hour and half after leaving the vet. As I said I am not complaining about her dead, she was young and probabilities were low. I'm complaining about the obvious lack of resources to give her a fighting chances and the unprofessional way I was explained the situation. Why wasn't she given fluids? Maybe because of the low temperature... He didn't tell me. Why wasn't she put in a incubator... Probably they didn't have one. Why wasn't I educated and told about this all? Because they had one vet for everyone there who did not seem experience enough or caring enough. This happened last night. Not a good vet to take a fading kitten during emergency hours.

This is not a 3B place, however for the amount paid for a Pet Hair cut, bath and nails cut , it was decent, I've had better and for a lower price, but i guess is the location that makes this place overpriced. recommended for emergencies and any other circumstance that your pet has, but for a grooming its overpriced.

I needed some medication for my pet. I understand it was late, and they were about to close. I asked the guy if he could help me by selling me the medication for my dog. The issue was that I would travel the next day to the USA. Reason why, it had to be done. Otra cosa, el servicio al cliente no me gustó para nada. On the other hand, I did not like their customer service.

Excellent place, I wouldn’t go anywhere else but this location.
