My experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent — the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel comfortable and valued throughout my stay. The room was extremely clean, well organized, and very comfortable. You can truly see the attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated how professional and familiar the staff was; they treat you like family while maintaining high-quality service standards. I had a wonderful stay at this hostel! The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel at home right away. The place is also very clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. A special thank you to Kareem ! Incredibly kind, attentive, with also speaks fluent Inglish and always ready to help with a smile. ☺️ They truly made my experience here even more memorable. The cleanest hotel I have ever been to in DR! Very friendly 24/7 staff who really work long to make sure your needs are met. I wish they would update their information though - I booked through expedia which said breakfast was until 10:30am $10/adult $5/child, but when I went down @9:45am they said I was wrong and that the breakfast was not included with my room. The food we had for lunch was delicious but did take a while to make (about an hour waiting). Overall, friendly service, very clean, if you want food it’s there but I would recommend trying the local food places which are easy to walk to

Absolutely beautiful hotel, located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Service was incredible. The staff was so attentive, that i was made to feel like the only guest in the hotel. Rooms were clean, well furnished, and comfortable. Bathroom was very large and I loved the high pressure from the shower. Food was delicious, prepared in the on site restaurant and served wherever you want. Roof top deck was beautiful and very private. Great place to have a coffee and watch the sunset against a backdrop of mountains and city views. Will only stay here when I return to the Dominican Republic. Definitely recommend.

Nice family very affordable hotel with only several rooms so you feel literally like at home. Nothing fancy at all, but clean and calm after 10pm. They do offer eggs and coffee for breakfast that was very useful. Thank you for a nice service, we’ll definitely come back on our next visit to Santiago.
