There was no water the door wasn’t opened there were no towel lack of maintenance the lobby was beautiful no services

Dirtiest and most outdated rooms I've seen. They showed me 5 different rooms and all were dirty. The door even had a crack where people could peak inside. Did not feel safe there. I was disgusted and asked for a refund to go somewhere else. I DO NOT recommend to anyone

Clean interior but lacking in amenities. TV was basic cable with abysmal quality, toilet had to be manually flushed from inside the tank. Coffee maker with no coffee, a safe to lock up your stuff but you're not given a key. A refrigerator with nothing in it. Elevator smelled like old laundry and the heat was like you were riding inside of a dryer. Good news is you get complimentary cold water when the condenser inside the air conditioner freezes. The inclusive breakfast was not something to look forward to. The eggs were old, the 'sausage' was basically cut up hot dogs, toast with no butter. Just a weird level of disconnect between expectations and what you're given. Come here to sleep, nothing more.

Facility needs attention on the room aspect small details such as blown bulbs and total freshness of the facility.. the lobby has potential to be more comfortable as no ac and no background music to have that grand ambience. Staff is awsome and very accommodating best ever. They make the difference all around.

The worst hotel I had ever stayed in! Never again. Beds are like concrete, the beddings and pillows are filthy, ceiling is falling down, pipes under the sink are leaking on your feet and the restaurant closes at 10:00 pm. The casino isn’t even on the premis and you have to walk a block to get there. They charge you the entire bill the day you check in and if you leave before, they don’t reimburse your money. Spoke to the credit card company and explained to them the situation which I didn’t stay at the hotel and The credit card reimbursed my money. Don’t ever stay at this place! Not worth the money and time!
