❌ Very bad experience We booked two rooms for August 29th of this year, and upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that they had been given to other people. This left us without accommodation, which was a huge lack of respect and professionalism. They didn't offer us a suitable solution, and we had a terrible time due to the hotel's disorganization. I definitely don't recommend it, and I hope they improve their handling of reservations.
