A tiny place, literally. Everything was way too small. There was still human hair in the bathroom, mosquitoes were biting us… they gave us towels that are literally only good for drying your hands, making it incredibly difficult to dry yourself properly. The water in the toilet wouldn't drain properly; it was half-clogged. The TV remote they gave us was broken, and the soap wasn't even worth 10 pesos worth of cheap soap. There was no toilet paper or a liner in the trash can. The toilet seat was broken. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it to people who want something nice or worthwhile. I literally stayed here only because of an emergency; I needed to sleep, and it was already 4 am. We had looked at more than five places, and they were all full, or some were horrendous. I don't usually like to criticize because you don't know how hard other people's work is, but for what a similar place costs in Santiago, you can get one for 1,500 pesos, and this is miles better…

They don't accept card payments or transfers. Cash only. $630 for 4 hours. If you stay overnight, it's $1,225. I arrived at midnight and checked out at 9 am. Everything else is fine. Hot and cold water. Air conditioning and ceiling fan. Television; some have a mini-fridge.

A comfortable, clean and cheap hotel, highly recommended if you're passing through La Romana.

The male receptionists are a bit curt and unfriendly. The female receptionists are very different, and the men should learn from them to improve customer service.
