Honestly,it was dirty,very dirty and ultra noisy,Wi-Fi worked very bad. The only good things-rooms are big,location amazing,right next to supermarket,girls on the reception did not speak much English but they tried their best and was very helpful and friendly,thanks to them! Everything else was not good,air conditioner smelled like so much mold, cockroaches around the room, ants around the room, carpet for shower-we did not understand what was it at the beginning. this hotel is OK if you want to go cheap have a lot of space and not picky at all just to have a place to sleep and shower without expectations

It was a good value room to stay in la zona colonial, but the room was dirty, and the towels/sheets/pillows were old (tears in the towels, lumpy, pillows, old mattress). The outlets did not work in room 201, except for the bathroom and TV. There was no nightstand/lamps. As others have said, it's very loud, but that is due to the location. It is right in the middle of la zona colonial, which is filled with bars, cafes, and people from all over. I'd recommend this place for solo Travellers who want an affordable night in the centre, but dont care much about amenities.

The room had the worst mattresses and it was dirty, it had stains. I also saw a blood on the floor.

Great experience. Robert is the Manager and he is the perfect host. Ladies at the desk in the day are true professionals. The night attendant whose name I cannot recall provided exceptional service upon my evening arrival.
