The room was very small compared to traditional Ameri an hotels. Our room was above the bar which made it difficult to sleep on Friday and Saturday nights. The shower had plenty of cold and hot water. The bar had a wonderful selection a cocktails and rum. The hotel staff were very hospitable. Very clean

Went for dental work since cheaper than USA. Didn't know what to expect. But the room was pretty clean especially since someone in reviews said bathroom was horrible so I had an idea. But I was very happy. It's only one floor no elevator about 30 rooms. So its quiet. A.c wall unit gets very cold. Older mal Bell hope was nice, translated and amazing. The night desk worker was very rude and impatient. The restaurant next door was very friendly. If I ever go back I would stay again

I only visited the restaurant and I was nicely surprised by the ambiance. Loved the wooden ceiling. It's apparently also a cigar aficionados favorite. Food was good and cheap. I waited more than the average but the place was full and I think they supply the hotel and outside orders. Their menu is mostly criollo (local). I'll definitely go back there. No 5 stars because they need More waiters.

Excellent customer service and attention to details. All the front desk were friendly and polite. Security 24/7. The restaurant was good and the drinks were on point. If you are lucky you can enjoy their karaoke night and have fun without worrying about driving after the party.
