Carribean Hotel Santo Domingo moved me to this hotel, because, what I assume, there was no space there. Room was ok, booking said check out is between 12 and 1pm. came back to the hotel at 12:40, hotel staff told me check out is at 12, I told them I didn’t know that. When I walked into my room, it was open, and they put half of my stuff, including my ipad and my passport which I left in the room already downstairs. Absolutely unacceptable.

The rooms are small but clean. They simply show their age. I gave the rooms 3 stars, because you can't expect much for the price. Other hotels at this price in Santo Domingo are really be bad. Although the hotel is on calle conde, the busiest walking street in the DR, it's very, very quiet. No hot water, again, you get what you pay for. Rooms have air conditioning. I will stay here again if I have a 1 or 2 night stay

I recently stayed at this hotel, checking in at 8:00 PM and paying in cash. However, upon entering my room, I was surprised to find no water available. Despite my attempts to contact the front desk through calls and texts, I received no response. Even after speaking with them in person and waiting for 30 minutes, the issue remained unresolved. The front desk declined a refund and directed me to pursue it through the booking platform. Additionally, the room conditions were disappointing, with visible disrepair, including a falling-apart room, a roof in poor condition, and water leaking into the bathroom from above. My overall experience was extremely unsatisfactory and left me no choice but to share this feedback.

The woman in the front desk is terrible. When we just arrived at the hotel, she told us that she has no room available in the hotel because something need to be fixed. Then she said she can book one room in another hotel, 8 minutes away by walk. We knew she was lying cause there were still rooms remained in booking.com(we booked with this website). We had no reason to be refused to stay, and no reason to walk 8 minutes for another hotel, so we left the hotel and booked another nice one. Anyone who wants pleasant stay in santo domingo, please do not try to book this hotel.

The location is perfect. The rooms are very small. The door for the washroom was permanently missing. The breakfast was never on time. A basic necessity like a towel was also obtained after 24hrs of request. There was no water and electricity one night, and i had to move to another hotel on personal account with no refund from the hotel. The main entrance door was locked and jammed many times and i waited for half hour before someone came to help. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
