The only positives are the central location, decent water pressure with hot water, a backup generator, and a reasonably comfortable bed. Everything else was a problem. None of the staff speak English, nor do they make any effort to communicate or assist. Customer service is essentially nonexistent, and information advertised on the booking website was not honored during my stay. The room was extremely small and smelled strongly of mold. The pillows were very thin, and the decorative throw pillows also smelled like mold. There was no table or usable surface in the room. There was also hair all over the bathroom, the drain and even the bed. The key-card system shuts off all electricity when you leave, meaning you cannot charge devices while away and even the refrigerator turns off. This is extremely inconvenient and not clearly disclosed in advance. Because of these issues, I did not complete my reservation and left early. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you are willing to tolerate poor communication, misleading listings, and uncomfortable room conditions..

Rooma are not huge but comfortable enough for the stay. Location is great close to many places in the capital, specially the Malecon. Staff are very friendly and accommodating when possible. Is not always packed. Decent amount of parking. Usually very quiet area.

On booking.com in this hotel's details I saw pets are accepted there. I reserved a room, came with a cat and on the reception the employee just nodded his head and said "no, we don't accept animals here". It was late at night, I needed to find other place urgently and I spent much money on taxi. The hotel's employee was VERY rude and even did't say sorry. I told him like "you even won't apologize?" and he was keeping nodding his head and said "no". Horrible sevice, avoid

Wow total scam. I paid for this via a booking website. Get to the hotel and I'm told they have no rooms. The booking website won't give me a refund and when I was at the hotel the guy just kept saying they didn't charge me. Totally got scammed. Seriously be careful!

The hotel is brand new, so its decor looks beautiful. The front desk reception staff are arongant and unfriendly. It's located in the middle of the city so it's convenient to get to local attractions and activities, however, there's too much traffic in the area.
