Terrible service. I'd been twice before and really liked it, but yesterday there was no toilet paper. I asked for some, and it took over 15 minutes to arrive. The air conditioning was very noisy and worked intermittently. But what bothered me most was the service. I went down to the register, and there was a girl there. I called her over to explain what happened, but she didn't even answer. I had to call her again, and she just told me someone else would help me, without even knowing what I wanted or wanted to ask. It used to be my favorite hotel, but yesterday they disappointed me...
