Good place

This place is deplorable. Here are the problems it has: *Bathrooms in poor condition. *Terrible service. *The power goes out a hundred times a day and night. *They cut off the water when you're behind on rent. *If you leave your clothes on the clothesline overnight, they'll be gone the next day because they'll be stolen. *People smoke marijuana in the laundry area, which is laughable. *There have been cases of people having their belongings stolen from their rooms. *If something breaks in your bathroom, it takes them about three days to fix it. *If your fan breaks, they tell you to buy your own. I've seen seedy places that look like a resort right across the street from this hotel.

Horrible hotel, terrible service. I came from Europe because I had to renew some permits and paid for 15 days at this hotel. When they took me to my room, I saw that disgusting mess and wanted my money back, but five minutes later they said they didn't give refunds. Two days later, I went to reception to ask for new sheets and towels, and they told me they didn't change them, that they couldn't change the sheets for everyone there. I spent 15 days with the same sheet and pillowcase. The hotel smells awful; it seems like they smoke strange things. There's always loud music that's annoying. Outside, a bottle of water costs 10 Dominican pesos, and inside the hotel, it costs 25. The power goes out many times a day, and the water also goes out; I had to call many times to get them to turn the water back on. The bed is extremely uncomfortable; there isn't even a chair to sit on. The only good thing about this hotel is that the subway is nearby, but otherwise, it's better to stay in a garbage dump, which is cleaner than this hotel. Nothing was stolen from me, but I found the door open twice.

It's an unhygienic and terrible place with awful service, and on top of that, they charge a fortune 💵. Don't ask me that question like that; I was in that hotel with someone who wasn't my husband. If he had seen this message, it would have killed me. Please show some respect.

Horrible: dirty, smells bad, very damp, the beds smell bad. The bathrooms are terrible. I don't recommend it at all.
