If I could rate this hotel 0 stars, I would do so in a heart beat. I stayed here last year around the Christmas holiday. It was the WORST experience I have ever lived in any hotel. Aside from the price being elevated for the size and condition of the room, the staff are extremely rude, always have a straight face, are not friendly, and have an attitude whenever you address a concern. I booked a room for about 7 days. I was out of the hotel for a day visiting local providences. When I arrived to the room the next day, I found the garbage from the day before still in the bathroom filled with thousands of worms in the bathroom sink, all on the shower space, all around the walls and floors, and even some on the bed. I called the cleaning staff and they didn’t even apologize for not taking out the trash the day before. For the price I payed, I expected at least for room service or just general cleaning to be administered. When the cleaning staff arrived, they told me to step out of the room for a few minutes while they wiped down the room. They didn’t even offer to change my room or any special accommodations. When I returned to the room, there were still worms crawling on the bathroom walls. This was the most TERRIBLE experience I ever had at any hotel… EVER. Please spend your money elsewhere and DO NOT stay at this hotel. It is not worth your money, your time, or your presence.

way too old, need to remodel - amenities were old and outdated

Roaches, Mold, Mildew, Non-working Air Conditioners and zero Customer Service. I think you get the picture. Had a group of 16 from USA stay here for a humanitarian and ministry mission for 10 days. Upon arrival, none of the rooms were ready. Most of the room A/C’s did not work. Bathrooms in the rooms were filthy. Cockroaches, were prevalent in most of the rooms. We were going to change hotels but it was to late that day and it was close to the many of the missions that were scheduled. Pre-scheduled dinner the day before for the first evening at the hotel 7pm. Reminded the restaurant staff at 6:30pm and they said they knew nothing about it. Asked for WATER first which did not happen until I went to their refrigerator and began serving the mission volunteers myself. Then dinner wasn’t served until 9:30pm. 2 1/2 hours late. And throughout all these issues, the staff either had an attitude or completely ignored us. So if you were thinking of coming to this hotel, read my review again.

It's incredible... I paid for my room with my bank card, they stole 22,468 pesos equal to $400 US. The rooms are disgusting, it was a bad experience, I will never go back.They are thieves je suis allée réclamer mon argent auprès de ma banque cette hôtel le pire des hôtels

It was just ok. No water pressure. That side of the Hotel seemed under construction (it was a busy night @ la Romana with a free concert)
