I reserved the hotel from November 17th to November 22nd. They didn’t have my room, but they gave me a free upgrade! The hotel has everything you need — a restaurant, a pool. All the hotel staff are super nice: Orlando, Sam, Bianca at the reception, and the others. The hotel is located in the Zona Colonial, right on the Malecón, which is perfect if you enjoy jogging or walking by the beach. I will definitely come back! If you want to feel welcome and safe, this is the hotel for you.

AVOID THIS HOTEL!! Last Friday, November 21, we had a reservation for 10 people. We had traveled a long distance for 14 hours and arrived here at 10:15 PM. When we wanted to check in, the receptionist said the hotel was overbooked. They didn’t make any effort to help us either. A terrible experience…

The place is on side of el malecon, santo domingo, great location, i think it is 3 star hotel, but they serve good food and drinks. Used thisbplace only for a night
