this place was a dump, I mean the place was outdated and needed to be shut down and renovate all over, there was mold on all the walls, and water drips from the ceiling where the lightbulb is in the bathroom, It's definitely not safe. I was hoping I didn't get electrocuted when I took a shower, the staff can be rude, I felt like I was walking on eggshells every day to ask any questions, I had a 7-Day stay here, and not once did they provide me with anymore clean sheets and towels, I was greeted by mosquitoes in the lobby and in the room they put me in, The headboard was broken on the bed, so I had to push the bed against the wall to keep the headboard from falling off, the place is dirty, I thought I just saw a bed bug crawling on my shirt while I was sitting in the room today, the AC worked good but they didn't even put a blank on the bed, just a thin sheet so I was freezing all night, it was hard to sleep like that, They could have at least provide a blanket for optional use, And the best part is I don't even have a window to look outside. How depressing!, I have asthma so the mold in the room that was all over the walls started to get to me so I had to ask can I just switched to a different room, they put me in a little better room that did have a window, but it was still mold in this room as well, the AC wasn't as cool and it was really loud I couldn't even hear the TV playing, the internet didn't even work at all in this room, so I couldn't enjoy watching none of my favorite apps I had brought with me on my Roku device that was program to my language that I could enjoy and understand, luckily for me I also had brought with me my mobile pocket Wi-Fi modem so I was able to watch my shows that way off my phone even though it drained a lot of my data quicker than I anticipated when I was in the room, or I had to go down to the lobby and use the internet for my phone where the hotel internet was much more stronger for usage, as far as the swimming pool area goes if you want to eat or drink anything you have to buy it from their store or restaurant that they have on site next to the swimming pool, if you bring your own food or drink from somewhere else to enjoy next to the pool they won't let you bring it in the swimming pool area, which I thought sucked, this place should be condemned it should be closed down by the board of health department or something, I saw the reviews and saw it only had five stars out of 10 and I took a chance anyway go to this place, but I had no idea it was going to be worse than the five stars I seen, if I could get this place zero Stars I would, instead I'm just giving one star!!!!!, there's a reason why the price for this place is so cheap and it's still not even worth what they're asking for, if you're looking for a place to stay on booking.com I need somewhere to stay in Santo Domingo and you happen to come across this place, don't select it just run away as fast as you can and don't look back, the place smelled so musty and had like a wet dog smell all the time at least in the rooms, I couldn't take it no more I end up leaving early before my stay was up and found something else because it's not worth the stress and health!!!.😔👎🏽

If you rent a room at this hotel this is what you going to face. Sliding door broke, bathroom...water is leaking into it from the room above, I killed few small roaches. Paint is peeling all around the room.

Not worth the 40 usd we paid. Dated and smelly with poor service. WiFi didn't work in the room.

Room 208 was great. Perfect AC, WiFi. Comfy bed. A few cockroaches. Breakfast was the worst part. 1 girl making toasties for all the guests. Waiting 40 minutes. stayed a week later in room 301.... AC was blowing out hot air. room was old. sheets not like in room 208.

The breakfast was every day the same no natural juice, no fruit. the service is delay, the the kitchen looks not clean. I stayed 6 nights and didn't never cleaned the room. The bathroom was very dirty and smelly very badly. In my reservation I asked for a refrigerator and they didn't want to give it to me in anyway. I had a very bad experience in that place. That place lacks a lot of cleanliness in the rooms, in the bathroom and in the mattresses in the windows, also I had cockroaches in the room.
