We had the elite club swim up suite. The room was spacious and very comfortable.the new remodel is amazing. Being elite, we had excellent service and food options. The elite pool and bar service is so worth the extra charge.

Great location. (visited 2 years ago) This place is great because of its proximity to Bavaro beach. The rooms and facilities have a lot of room for improvement but you're here for Bacaro beach to enjoy the white sand, blue waters, and coastal climate. Staff are super nice. Rooms are decent but I didn't come here to lounge in the rooms. I came for the beach

I’m curious about who’s writing these reviews, or the 5 stars without comment. Property is bad, I’m writing while in my hotel room. Towels smell bad, beds are uncomfortable, no food after hours unless you pay for some fries. We asked for a king sized bed and they gave us double.. when we finally changed rooms the roof was Leaking heavily so we had to go back to the first room.. and all they did was push the two beds together.. which would be fine if one wasn’t higher than the other. None of the sockets work, you have to jiggle or hold at a certain angle to get power. Front desk person was just bad, he booked us in without arm bands, when we went for breakfast the next morning we realized everyone had one and had to go through the process again. The food , o lord, I just stuck to soup. I’m actually happy I’m checking out soon. Worst hotel experience.

Did not meet any of my expectations! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone especially a family with kids over 5. Nothing really to do. Food was the same everyday & not worth eating. From day one we were waking up with bites all over us & they are painful! Bedbugs have taken over! Rooms are super outdated and smelly. The AC unit is loud and the toilet leaked.beds were firm and small. The plugs don’t work and the phone is just decoration. The tv has literally everything in Spanish. The water park has the craziest rules, no guards really on duty while kids are riding the slides falling into deep waters without warning. Too far from anything. No real live entertainment. The kid shows were the same every night. Alcohol was terrible. Asked about leaving early and they said you waste your money… no money back. We stayed in our room the whole last day waiting to get up early for the airport. I would NEVER RETURN! No! Rooms were terrible. Small & smelly.

When we arrived at the hotel we were given a card to a room that did not have a scanner and had to stay in a different room that was not stocked with water or any drinks and the wifi did not work for the first night. The hotel room was disappointing and we were given “clean” sheets and towels that had stains on them. The floors were dirty and the picture frames were uneven and the shower had mildew in it. We were on the first floor and it was very quiet, we did not have a pool view but we liked the view outside our balcony. The staff was extremely friendly and we loved everyone & they will always dance with you if you ask! We felt very welcomed at the resort. Both bars had fast service and the drinks were very good. The buffet food is the same every day and night it lacks variety and flavour. But the fruit and ice cream are amazing. The restaurant on the resort has very good food. Entertainment was amazing! Dancers, performers, & singers were all great and extremely talented. The yoga, darts, Zumba, bean bag toss, water aerobics & etc. are all available and super fun to participate in. The instructors are very friendly and fun, they encourage guests to join in on the fun. The pool was amazing and the above pool bar was a nice place to be. The landscaping of this hotel is very pretty. The hotel is about a 3 minute walk to the beach and you pass all the local stores on the way down. The disco club is also located very close to the hotel. The pool parties were very fun and inclusive to all ages above 18. We wish we could have gone to more while we were there. The cleaners left us a towel swan and heart which we loved. Maintenance staff were very quick & responsive if a problem in the room occurred. If the rooms were better kept & more cleanly we would have enjoyed our stay more. If you love to be outside, participate in activities, drink, swim in the pool, & go to the beach this hotel offers that experience.
