This hotel is not safe, locks broken, I called the manager about it, she sended a guy to check the locks and he did not do anything about it, he said the lock was ok. Cabinets in the room broken, missing pieces and did not close. Dirty bed sheets, I asked the cleaning lady to change the bed sheets, she said they only change the sheets when the customers ask for it and have to be autorize by the manager. I spended 2 nights, they never change the sheets. For breakfast, had to wait 15 minutes when they bring it to the table, it was cold like from the frige. (1 egg, mashed potato, 3 pieces of dominican salami, a cup of coffe) I suposed to stay 14 days, but with those inconviniences, I could not stay 1 more night. I asked for my refund, the manager did not wanted to return my money. I had to asked to speak to the owner, after she called the owner, she gave me the money.

Expensive, old, ugly. Staff start shouting and smashing doors at 7am. Air conditioners turn off automatically st 6am

Well is closet to the city and everything you want it is just like walking for 5, 10, or 15 minutes like hospital, public mall, farmacy, everything is really close
