We only stayed 1 night.I had no complaints with the service.The rooms are very basic,but you get value for what you pay per night.The aircon worked and the room had a fridge in it.It’s a quick walk to the Malecón and a restaurant.The only real issue I had that it was loud inside the hotel with people shouting.

Some rooms have hot water for shower some not. Wifi in the hobby not always inside the room. Just be aware and communicate

It was an interesting experience because the rooms have windows that look into the hallway. They have curtains but people can still kind of see into your room. The beds are stiff and the pillows are flat (which I love but everyone in my family hated). The location was great though because it was right by the beach and the price was unbeatable, considering the fact there is really great AC and complimentary wifi. Parking is very minimal, but it wasn't a problem.

They ought to be a shame to call this a hotel! The exterior of the building is beautiful but the inside is dirty and unkept! The on line pictures are deceiving. The sheets stained, the towels a shade of grade (white before). The bathroom and floors are disgusting. The entire room smelled and the bathroom ceiling was moldy and falling. The toilet did not have a toilet top. The receptionist asked my to pay cash! When I got to the room, to say I was mortified is an understatement. I made an attempt to leave but he refused to give me a refund. I wish I could post the pictures! UNBELIEVABLE!

Room was ok; nothing special. But clean. Bed was comfy. Good TV and AC. For a quick trip, it served its purpose. We paid for breakfast. They told us breakfast was at 7am. We get downstairs and then they tell us it's at 7:30. By 7:35 they tell us that the cook must be stuck in traffic. Instead of a refund (which I know is like asking for a miracle), they tell us if we could come back before 12, we could have lunch. We were in the city just for the day and had a super busy day.
