My family and I came into town for a concert and stayed one night here. Knowing the hotel was sold out all weekend, I was expecting it would take a long time to check in and possibly expecting not enough staff. However, it was the exact opposite! We were checked in within 3 minutes, no hassle. The staff at every corner were so thoughful, kind, and showed professional customer service, from the valet, to the breakfast staff. Breakfast was handled efficiently considering the amount of guests there for the concert this weekend. Plenty of food still at 10:30 and the waiters were very quick and polite. Best of all was Niurka at the front desk who worked so quickly and was able to honor our tax exemption status in the most efficient and impressive way. Other businesses need to learn from her! The hotel is clean and every detail was very impressive. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at the Curio Collection Hotel in Santiago, and a big part of it was thanks to the amazing staff. I want to especially recognize Jimmy, he assisted us with our luggage and brought our car at the end of our stay. He was extremely kind, professional, and attentive, making our departure smooth and stress-free. After a long trip, that level of care truly makes a difference. His positive attitude and willingness to help went above and beyond what we expected. This kind of service is what makes a stay memorable. Thank you for the excellent hospitality we will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here. We ordered room service on a Friday night and the hamburger and shrimp were literally some of the best we've have ever had. Tomas was our server and he was great. The room was beautiful, spacious, neat and clean and i highly recommend this hotel for its ambiance, service and location.

Check in at the hotel was incredibly easy. Manuel at the front desk solved a minor issue we had with our booking so quickly. Jimmy brought our bags right up and taught us how to use the AC and lights. The staff so far are wonderful.
