We had a very bad experience staying at this hotel. First thing is the poor service and poor costumer service. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Our room was not ready when we arrived. They had us sleep in a smaller room for one night. Our room did not get cleaned or re stocked throughout our full stay of 5 nights . The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Pillows are just as bad. The location is bad and very noisy with loud motorcycles running up and down all day and night along with businesses with loud music all night. The Bathroom sink is tiny and the towels are the cheapest you can get. No closet in the room, no Iron. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We are a family of 5. The first night we had to rent 3 rooms. The receptionist promised that the next day she would give us 2 double rooms, and the following day she said she had no rooms available. The worst customer service.

It's a very welcoming place. What I liked most was how clean everything was, both the rooms and the common areas. The staff was very helpful and made me feel right at home. It's in a central location and easy to get to. I loved it.
