My family and I have stayed here twice and there was a change of ownership in between the times we've stayed. Our second time was this past June 2024 and it will most likely be our last. The hotel offers the basic needs - bed, bathroom, and breakfast. They even have a pool. BUT, the rugs in the rooms are dirty, the showers are dirty, it took a little while for hot water to come out of the shower. They no longer have you come down for breakfast like they used to. The breakfast is delivered to you in the morning - which I wasn't completely comfortable with. It was nice when we came down the first time we've stayed, because we'd at least know the food was being prepared fresh. The only way to your room was via elevator, apparently the stairs were unusable, which was crazy to me. In fact, the elevator itself was a little sketchy - according to the manufacture of the elevator, it should hold an entire family or a maximum of 8 people. It did not allow that. If you attempted to ride with more than 4 people, it wouldn't move. The only good thing about this hotel was my bed and the service from the employees. The ladies who delivered our food every morning and the front desk were all good. I think the new owner must either be giving up on the place or doesn't have the capital, because his employees are not set up for success. If you're in a pinch and need one night, go for it. Other than that, I do not recommend this hotel.

Great service! The rooms were a little outdated and ours had a bit of a weird smell to it. We only got cold water from the shower the first night and water pressure is not great. It looks like they are doing renovations as the top floor looked great. The staff are wonderful. They are great to talk to and very helpful

Great hotel. Nice and quiet until night time. Club music down below is thumping but it didn't bother me. Make sure you count your bath towels. There was a misunderstanding about bath towels given but no problem. I would stay again.

Really bad experience. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONEE - Think twice before you come in here: The bathroom smells so bad, the rug is dirty and it has a bunch of crums on it, the room service is the worst that I've ever seen in my life, the crew gives such a bad vibes and most of them had attitudes like they don't wanna work here. They literally take your money but don't make every single penny count. Worst decision I've ever made.

My fiancee and I stayed here for 5 days and we couldn't be any happier!!! The front desk guys, Iftali and Eric were absolute angels!!! Security guys out of this world! Shout out to Catorce!!! It was my fiancees' first time in the country and he is completely in love with my country!! Definitely a pleasurable stay for the money!!! Can't ask for more!!
