Arrived very late and booked late. The manager was still onsite and available. Clean room and linen, cold AC. I would stay again although the area is a little residential. Very safe.

It’s an excellent place to stay, especially for work reasons, it is located in a super quiet, central area, comfort in the facilities, super friendly staff. Place is super clean. Will repeat.

the residence are well kep..very clean , extremely friendly host always a pleasure spending the night there and close to everything

Room and facility were lovely There was loud construction on the roof from 7 am, lost a few hours of sleep. At 9 am there was no breakfast available or anyone to check me out. Eventually I found a random guy who was friends with the owner. I'm easy to please but c'mon guys 😂

Extremely clean, very helpful and friendly staff, and great room. The room was recently updated and was perfect for two people. It was an easy walk to the store, restaurants, and a decent walk to the monument. Will 100% stay here whenever I'm in Santiago.
