My boyfriend and I arrived at the hotel at 5:00 a.m. after coming from the club, intending to stay for one night only since we were leaving for Punta Cana the next day. Later that same day, the receptionist called and asked whether we would be checking out. We repeatedly explained that we had arrived that same morning at 5:00 a.m. She then informed us that because we arrived before the official check-in time (around 6:00 a.m.), we were required to check out at 12:00 p.m. or pay for an additional night. As a result, we were charged for two nights even though we only stayed overnight. At no point during the booking process did any staff member inform us of this policy, nor were we advised that waiting just one additional hour would have allowed us to be charged for only one night instead of two.

5 Stars - A High-Performance Oasis! Hotel W&P is the total package. As an OTF athlete, you cannot beat the location—the studio is literally right across the street! The Highlights: * Comfort: Excellent AC and a shower with elite hot water and pressure. * Breakfast: Exactly the fuel I needed every morning to get moving. * Nightlife: The Vent upstairs was popping late at night—perfect for dancing the night away without needing an Uber. The Real Prize: The staff here is world-class. Sandra in housekeeping took such amazing care of me daily, and Pamela at Casa Vera provided standout service that made me feel right at home. Whether you’re here to work, party, or just relax in a perfectly chilled room, this is the spot. I will definitely be back!

My experience at this hotel was mixed. The staff was very courteous and welcoming throughout our stay, and the restaurant was excellent , great food and service. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It was extremely loud, especially around 4 a.m., when we could clearly hear conversations above us, possibly from a staff or crew room. It made it very difficult to sleep. Additionally, there appeared to be ongoing water leakage from the bathroom ceiling, which required towels to manage the water. Given these issues, I’m not sure how this property maintains a 4-star rating. While the service and restaurant were strong positives, the room conditions and noise level significantly impacted our overall experience.

Rooms are very spacious. Good eye to details. Very clean. Breakfast was very good. We had a good time. Thank you!

The Hotel is recently renovated, clean rooms and friendly staff. Would not mind going back. It’s perfect for business trips.
