There's always parking at the plaza where it's located. The service is super fast. I always choose Humano as my insurance because they're very responsible and don't put up many obstacles in the process when you need medical assistance. Plus, they have branches in different strategic locations across the country.

Terrible service. I arrived an hour ago and saw people hiding inside the store through the door. They don't answer the phone or serve customers in person—it's awful. Terrible service. They saw me recording and only then did they respond.

Very bad service, they never answer the phone no matter how many times you call. You go to authorize a service, they say they'll call you back within 24 hours and they don't. I've been waiting a whole week for authorization, and I haven't heard anything from them. I've had to make several trips, I call and they don't answer. I haven't been able to get my procedure done because of their negligence.
