I’ve stayed twice in Hyatt Centric Santo Domingo and both times I’ve had an excellent experience. As a Hyatt loyalist, I have high expectations whenever staying at Hyatt properties and this hotel meets all the marks. The hotel is beautifully dedicated, has a modern feel, with all the right touches to make it feel luxurious. The rooms are always clean, comfortable beds, and robes provided are a nice touch. The gym is my favorite amenity, with a wide range of equipment that is hard to find in hotels. The rooftop pool and terrace provides an awesome view of Santo Domingo and Bubble bar has a wide range of drink and food options available. Overall, great experience and will definitely be staying here again!

Hyatt Centric Santo Domingo exceeded every expectation. The hotel feels brand-new with stylish, modern amenities throughout—everything from the rooms to the common spaces is thoughtfully designed and incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, close to great dining, attractions, and all the energy of Santo Domingo. Breakfast was a highlight each morning: fresh, delicious options and a beautiful setup that made it the perfect start to the day. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always attentive. Truly a fantastic stay, and I can’t wait to return!

We just stayed here for the 2nd time. The hotel is very nice, and the staff is so helpful. We unfortunately had to cut our trip a day short due to an emergency. The staff did everything they could to help make it a smooth check out. The location is perfect for shopping and amazing restaurants. The rooftop pool give amazing views and drinks, especially at sunset.I can't wait to come back down!!

Rooms were clean, hotel is up to date. My complaint is , if you are traveling from another country be careful about your charges to your card. They charged my card 12,000 in usd on my first day out of the country. No access to my money for 5days etc. . No apology or an offer for a free stay for the absolute inconvenience!

Its a nice hotel but we stayed here for the rooftop pool and it was closed due to a private event. We had made sure to check two weeks before booking to ensure pool was open but we were suprised with different news when we arrived.
