I was very surprised by the poor service that the personnel who had to install the tires gave me. All the staff went to lunch, only those who worked on my vehicle remained, which they left to take other jobs that were coming, after a little more than an hour I was waiting (already with the old tires removed) they got involved in a discussion with me. Finally they told me that the new tires could not be balanced and could not be aligned because I have to do some repair; which I hope is real, after this situation. That was not the Hylsa I used to know.

Very good service, but you should go with time to spare. My average time there was 2h. The personnel is nice and knowledgeable.
