Terrible waiting time. This is a high end medical center, but their doctors seem to ignore this. I’ve been two different times and both I have had to wait a long time. They were vert strict about only having one time slot available for the procedure and I had to move important business meetings just so I had to wait an hour and a half because “doctor came in late today”. This is fairly a new place and they need to train their staff regarding punctuality and customer service and upgrade their customer experience, the front desk lady only said “doctor came in late today”.

I have lived here in the DR 24 years as an American xpat, and had my first multi consulatations and with fully billingual doctors. The place is very clean, professional, up to date technology I have decided to switch my medical team to IDA. Very personable and excellent communication

I'm a foreigner living in the Dominican Republic, and in my five visits to IDA, I've found the service to be excellent. From customer service to the healthcare professionals who work there, they are all very professional and respectful in performing any procedure. IDA Healthcare has definitely become my favorite place for medical care. My only request is that they include pediatric services as well.
